This report was compiled and written by the SNCC Atlanta office in the Spring of 1963. I don't know for sure, but it was probably done by Ruby Doris Smith and Julian Bond. It seems to be written for an outside source, maybe some foundation had given money to SNCC or was thinking of giving money to SNCC. I got it from Don Harris who had forgotten where he picked it up. — Larry Rubin.
